JAMES R.G. KIRK

James Kirk is a second-year Political Science PhD student at the University of Notre Dame.  James is a recipient of the Notebaert Premier Fellowship and specializes in American Politics. His particular areas of interest include political behavior in America’s rural communities, the intersection of religion and politics, and political parties and elections.
